Introducing the Misha & Puff Roadmap

Edited Editorial-8.jpg

One of the things we love about the Misha & Puff community is the awesome feedback we get from customers.

During the early years, people usually delivered their feedback directly to Anna. But as we've grown, so has the amount of feedback—and the various ways people can deliver it. Email, social media, phone calls—oh my!

We realized we needed a designated space to solicit suggestions and keep track of all the awesome ideas—and a space where folks could offer their feedback on ideas currently under consideration.

Plus, our team wanted a place where we could share product and program updates with customers. And so, we created the Misha & Puff Roadmap.

The Misha & Puff Roadmap is the place where you can . . .

  • Submit an idea

  • Browse and give feedback on ideas

  • Offer feedback on our pipeline

  • Check out features/programs/digital products that we’ve recently launched

How does the Misha & Puff Roadmap work?

You need to use an email address to submit, rate, or comment on an idea. The feedback is much more meaningful if someone "owns" it. While your feedback will be transparent to our team at Misha & Puff, your comments won't be visible to the world at large. Honesty is important. But so is privacy.

We're hoping this design helps foster authentic feedback (rather than a popularity contest). For example, you won't be able to see how many people rated an idea as "critical" vs. "nice-to-have." (Our team will see those stats on the back end so we can prioritize accordingly.) Instead, you'll simply tell us your honest thoughts from your perspective. Which is exactly how it should be.

Got an idea for us?

Or do you want to browse other ideas and see what's in the pipeline?

Head over to the Misha & Puff Roadmap and let's play!
